My artistic practice is an act of defiance against factions of our world that would have us believe we are not united enough, not strong enough, not willing enough, not intelligent enough, and not loving enough to fight for ourselves as one.

From florals that represent the intertwined growth of all community members to abstracts and mantras carefully crafted to remove all unnecessary fucks given, these pieces reflect the inclusivity and collective resilience that thrives in the Lower East Side.

No matter which borough we live in, we can look to this iconic neighborhood as yet another hub for our better angels — a place where we KNOW we are welcome so long as we welcome others.

It truly is our neighborhood, now and always. And there isn't anything anyone —no matter how powerful, no matter how evil — can do to stop us.
